Ignite Adaptive Sports at Eldora Mountain serves persons with disabilities with instuctional programs in adaptive Snowboard, Alpine and Nordic skiing, and snowshoeing. Ignite is looking for volunteers to support these efforts! Join Ignite at one of these new volunteer information and orientation session to learn about rewarding volunteer opportunities with Ignite.

You don’t need to be an expert skier or boarder to participate as an adaptive instructor – intermediate skill levels are welcomed. Other opportunities to get involved are available, including equipment technicians, administrative staff and fundraising. Ignite provides an extensive training program focused on safety and fun. We will outline the skills needed, discuss the time commitment, present the training schedule, and show you some equipment examples. You will have a chance to talk with a returning volunteer in a one-on-one basis to answer any of your questions.
