Thank you to everyone who supported the Ignite Tonight Gala benefiting Ignite Adaptive Sports! We are pleased to announce that, due to your incredible generosity at the event and our wonderful sponsors, we raised more than $55,000. It was an honor to spend the evening with you, the philanthropic community, and launch our 42nd season at Eldora Mountain Resort. We truly couldn’t do it without you and our dedicated volunteers.
If you enjoyed the short video featuring students Olive and Oscar Shrum, and Jennifer Burden, please watch it again and share it with others!
Check out the event photos taken by our roving photographer Chuck Haight. On the same web page you’ll also find all of the photos from the Photo Booth. They’re hilarious–definitely take a moment to laugh and enjoy them today.

Ignite Adaptive Sports was on Colorado Public Radio on Monday, November 11, 2013. Thank you to Marie Rotter, who has experience as an Ignite volunteer and is a mother of a student with autism, for sharing her story of Ignite and the positive impact of the program on her family and our community. Listen to the interview here.
Ignite had a fantastic weekend attending the Colorado Ski and Snowboard Expo at the Denver convention Center November 8-10, 2013. We had a great time making new friends from our ski community and sharing more about adaptive equipment and what we do at Ignite. Thank you to our volunteers who manned the booth! We’re looking forward to kicking off the 2013-2014 season.
It’s great to be back home at Eldora Mountain Resort! Check out this great coverage from Nelson Garcia on Channel 9 News. Our Executive Director Finn Murphy and Ignite Student/Board Member Stan Slater did a fantastic job representing our program. Many thanks to all the students and volunteers who came out to support Ignite and to Eldora Mountain Resort.
